Strength Analysis

Thanks to FE-analysis most complex strength tests of a part a done ever bevor you start to produce it.

The future of optimal part development is continuous application of different CAE simulation technologies and especially the most used of them - finite elements method (FEM). It's our main tool for various types of analysis of parts and assemblies.

Most common type of computation is a linear strength analysis. As a result you become 3D-picture of a stress or a deformation of the structure, or its eigenvalues and mode shapes for a normal mode dynamics calculation.

According to this results you can draw a conclusions about future part strength characteristics without building any physical prototype and, if needed, make changes in advance.

Through application of FE-computations together with a topology optimization the maximal reduction of material capacity and growth of part strength and durability becomes possible.
